Give $$$ To Your Local Realtor


How would you like to give $$$ away to your local real estate agent?

And by giving money away you will be profiting as well…that is a given!

Did you know that according to RealtyTrac there were 2.3 million Foreclosure fillings in the US in 2008! That is an increase of 81% from 2008 and 225% from 2007!

What do you think will happen in 2009? I bet that the number will at least be the same as in 2008…if not higher!

Why is this important? This is important because it means that more and more properties are going on the market in your local city or town that need short sale negotiation…and most Realtor’s who have these listings HATE short sale negotiation (or they don’t even know how to do short sales)!

This has led to an enormous number of companies popping up like zits on a teenager across the US.  But the problem with these companies is that they charge for their services!

How would you like to learn to give your short sale negotiation service away for FREE? And you will be able to do so by giving the Realtor you are working with the commissions that they are accustomed to receiving!

Just imagine the possibilities if you had Realtor’s all over your city or town bringing you deals that have a willing seller and a willing buyer already in place! And then instead of the Realtor having to pay you out of their pocket to negotiate the short sale, you were able to negotiate the short sale and actually pay them!

I bet that you would have your phone ringing off the hook once word spread around town about your service.  I bet you would be able to pick and choose every single deal you negotiate from this point forward.

Are you asking yourself…How can I get started with this business opportunity when I have only negotiated a few short sales?  or none at all?

My brother recently shared a new business model with me that blew me away!
